Miss Bobbie married Attorney Charles Hughey in 1952 and began assisting him in his office in the early 1960's. Bobbie and Valerie began working together in 1994, when Valerie passed the Georgia bar exam and was admitted to practice law in Georgia. Over the course of her 50+ years as a legal assistant, Miss Bobbie has worked in many areas of the law including family law, criminal defense, consumer bankruptcy and personal injury, just to name a few.  Miss Bobbie finally made good on her "I'm gonna retire one day" and did in fact retire in 2017. Miss Bobbie and Valerie worked together for over 23 years and she is missed dearly. Although she doesn't work at the office on a day to day basis, she is still very much a part of Valerie's work family.
